James is a Chartered Scientist with over 20 years of experience in water treatment across the UK and Europe.  With a Bachelor's Degree in Science and extensive knowledge in this field, James has provided water treatment services to many business sectors, both industrial and building services.

As a professional committed to health and safety James has obtained IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications to ensure that safety measures are met and exceeded at all times.  James’s passion for sustainability and customer service has led to the development of innovative solutions that address the needs of clients whilst saving energy and minimising environmental impact.

Throughout James’s career he has consistently delivered high-quality service, achieving customer satisfaction and building long lasting relationships with clients.  He is known for attention to detail, professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Ross holds a degree in geography (science) and is a chartered scientist, as well as a member of two industry-related societies. He started working in the water treatment industry in 2005, having secured a trainee graduate position with a local medium-enterprise water treatment business. Ross has a keen eye for detail, a well-rounded understanding of process water systems and Legionella compliance; and is motivated by providing good service to customers, helping them to save water and energy whilst remaining compliant with industry regulations.

Richard holds a Degree in Engineering and has worked in the water treatment industry since 2002.  Having developed his technical knowledge as a Service Chemist over many years, Richard helps customers realise improved efficiencies and real savings based on the application of sound water treatment principles and techniques. Realising  savings and 'higher standards' for a number of high profile sites in the north of the UK, coupled with his professional attitude, Richard helps customers deliver continuous improvements.
